Browsing the website
This website consists of static documents. It requires no user account and has no form that stores submitted data. Guide searches run locally in your browser; the search phrase is not sent to an external search engine. Changing language follows a normal link to another page.
Email and telephone
Clicking an email address or enquiry button opens your email application. A message is sent only when you send it there. Correspondence data is used to handle the enquiry and business contact. Providing contact details is voluntary, but an answer may be impossible without them. Do not send information that is unnecessary for the enquiry.
Purposes and legal bases
Data needed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract, is processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence, including contact with company representatives, may be processed under Article 6(1)(f); the legitimate interest is handling contact and business relationships. Legally required records are kept to comply with obligations under Article 6(1)(c).
Retention and recipients
Correspondence is kept for the time needed to resolve the matter. Where it leads to a contract, data may be kept to perform it, meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend claims until the relevant statutory periods expire. The scope depends on the case and documents. Recipients may include hosting, email and IT providers and, for orders, delivery, payment or accounting providers to the extent needed for their service.
Cookies and external services
The website code does not set cookies or use analytics, advertising tools or external fonts. The map is not embedded: its link opens Google Maps, which has its own privacy rules. External sources linked from guides also apply their own rules.
Server logs
When you connect, the hosting infrastructure may record technical data such as IP address, request time, document address and browser information. The scope and retention of logs depend on the hosting configuration.
Your rights
Data protection rules provide rights including access and correction and, in certain circumstances, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Send requests concerning correspondence data to biuro@podpal.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). The website code makes no automated decisions about users and carries out no profiling.
